For almost 40 years, the West has worked deliberately to incorporate China into the global economic order, hoping the integration would bind the Chinese regime into a rules-based system, and that its politicians would move towards democratic freedoms, rights, and the rule of law.  This illusion has been shattered. 

The deadly coronavirus epidemic has just taught the world a lesson - that communists will exploit the goodwill, naivety, and weakness of human nature to further their own plans. A former member of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), June moved to the U.S. more than two decades ago. As the prior indoctrination by the Chinese government began to loosen its grip, June saw a vision of America that contradicted what she had been taught in China. She then began a journey to discover the truth about America, China, and the battle between these two ways of life. Her talk offers much-needed insight into the differences between these two worlds.

Born and raised in Shanghai, the largest city in China, June graduated from one of the top universities where she became a member of the communist party. In 1998 she came to the U.S. hoping to advance her career. Since 2008, she has been involved in public speaking to offer honest insights about China, and to raise awareness of China’s Human Rights issues. June speaks to groups, organizations and conventions across California. She also has been featured on several talk shows in the Bay Area.  In addition to her public involvement, June holds an MBA from Sacramento State, and she is currently working as a management professional for a Fortune 100 company.  She is an avid world traveler, a hard-core hiker, and a leisure sailor.
